Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to teach the students how to apply Civil Procedure Code of Turkey (No: 6100) on real legal problems, and how to bring a civil case to court.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will gain the skills of applying civil procedure code
  • will gain the skills of presenting a civil case before the court as an attorney
  • will gain the skills of conducting a trial as a judge.
  • will interiorise the execution of the court decision and the activity of an arbitror as one the methods of settling disputes
  • will be aware of the conduct of an arbitrator and other points to take into account when deliberating decisions
